Monthly Board of Directors' Meeting is held 2nd Thursday of each month starting at 6 PM.  Meeting is held at Haggard Library, 2501 Coit Road, Plano, TX 75075

 

 

On street parking is prohibited except for deliveries and short term out of town guests.  If you are having out of town guests who need to park on the street (maximum of 2 weeks) you must contact the management company in order to avoid a violation notice.

 

It is imperative you complete an ACC form and receive approval before doing any outside work.  This includes fence staining, roofing, fence repair/replacement, etc.  This will ensure you are in compliance with neighborhood standards and avoid re-doing or undoing unapproved items.

 

In an ongoing effort to keep our community a peaceful, and clean neighborhood, please take extra effort to clean-up after your pets and please consider having lawn services performed during the week in order to enhance our weekend atmosphere.
